I think I could have done the entire spectrum that I posted on www.frogma.blogspot.com using only pansies - but I decided that the self-imposed rule was a different kind of flower for each color. I allowed myself to cheat & use a leaf for green - I did have a greenish sort of flower but I liked the leaf better.

edible pansies are great, they have a very velvety soft texture on your tongue
